#digitalleader #HawkesBay
We will communicate with our main stakeholders which are our parents through Mail Chimp which we use to share our weekly newsletter.
We will have a section which we will name #Tech Talk
We will discuss new technologies and ideas such as
Austins Butterflies
Feedback
Key Competencies
Workspace
Read Theory
Digital Citizenship
Blogs
3D Printer
Coding
Robotics
We have started the above. In our latest newsletter we included the new branding
We added some information about the role of feedback in the classroom and a link to Austins Butterfly.
Consider how you might be able to identify where individual members of your various stakeholder groups sit on the innovation adoption curve.
Thinking about our major stakeholders - Rhys - early adopter, Jenny - early majority, Parents - many of these are late majority.
When implementing our innovation we will need to be careful about crossing the abyss from early adopter to early majority, and very carefully think about how we will be able to bring the late majority on board.
